Villa Refurb in Quinta do Lago
An extensive construction project that consisted of fully remodeling an old villa. The result of this refurb/rebuild intervention was a complete transformation of the existing traditional house into a contemporary villa. New areas were built, ending up with 1200m2 of construction. Despite the complexity of this building project, the finished work has been delivered on time and on a budget without any compromise on quality. The outdoor living area was also commissioned to Character Construction: BBQ area, swimming pool, jacuzzi, terraces, garden.
